    WSI is a Red Cross course that will teach you the fundamentals of teaching swim lessons to both children and adults. This class will show you the proper form for each stroke as well as various drills and techniques for developing efficient swimmers. The WSI course will also educate you on safety and hazards associated with aquatic locations and the importance of incorporating it into your classes.

    In support of employee wellness month, the Central Texas Veterans Health Care System is hosting a 2K Walk and Roll event. Veterans and the public are invited to join in the 2K.
