The H-E-B All American 4th of July Family Fun Fest has long been a summertime tradition for citizens of Temple and other surrounding communities. Since 1998, friends and neighbors have brought their lawn chairs, blankets and picnic baskets to the park to enjoy a day of music, fireworks and relaxation FREE OF CHARGE!

Event Schedule:

4:00 p.m. – Splash Pad, Inflatables, Food, Crafts & More

6:30 p.m. – Opening Ceremonies: City of Temple Mayor Danny Dunn

7:00 p.m. –  Live Performance by Fenix Theory

9:30 p.m. – Fireworks Show

10:00 p.m. - Encore Performance by Fenix Theory

Location:

The 19th Annual H-E-B All American 4th of July Family Fun Fest is set for Tuesday, July 4th and will be located at Miller Park. (1919 North 1st Street) in Temple.

Event Schedule:

4:00 p.m. – Splash Pad, Inflatables, Food, Crafts & More

6:30 p.m. – Opening Ceremonies: City of Temple Mayor Danny Dunn

7:00 p.m. – Live Performance by Fenix Theory

9:30 p.m. – Fireworks Show

10:00 p.m. - Encore Performance by Fenix Theory

Admission

  • H-E-B All American 4th of July Family Fun Fest is FREE thanks to sponsors like H-E-B and the City of Temple!

The H-E-B Fireworks 

  • H-E-B's Fireworks Show begins at 9:30pm. and will be shot above Miller Park  from inside the park. The fireworks will be visible along North 3rd Street, at the Mayborn Center, and neighborhoods surrounding the park.

Parking

Limited parking will be available inside the park near the intersection of North 1st and West Virginia Avenue, along with Lamar Middle School. Carpooling is recommended. 

Food & Drink 

  • Food and drinks will be available for sale on site from various vendors
  • This year's line-up includes BBQ, burgers, corndogs, funnel cakes, nachos and more!
  • Coolers with drinks and snacks are allowed. 
    • No Alcohol vendors will be onsite, however you may bring your own. NO GLASS BOTTLES ALLOWED.

Security & First Aid

  • Officers from the Temple Police Department provide event security and Temple Fire & Rescue will provide First Aid.

Restrooms

  • Restrooms are located inside the park.

What to Bring:

  • Lawn chairs, blankets, shade umbrellas
  • Cash / Credit Card (Most vendors accept cash and credit. NO ATM will be onsite)
  • Sunscreen / Bug Spray
  • Coolers with drinks and snacks are allowed. NO GLASS BOTTLES.

What Not to Bring:

  • No pop up tents/stakes in event interior near stage area
  • No glass bottles
  • No Fireworks / Sparklers / Noisemakers
  • No grills in event interior near stage area or ANY pull behind grills of any kind
  • Volleyball nets/stakes
  • No weapons
